After many years as a successful partner at FIEBINGER POLAK LEON, since 2016 I devote my time to offering holistic legal advice to individual entrepreneurial clients.
This includes in particular planning and structuring entrepreneurial activities in line with company law, sustainably maintaining and updating long-term contractual relationships, above all during restructuring, and managing the acquisition or sale of companies and holdings. In addition, I support my clients during disputes caused by diverging business interests and conflicts with business partners.
Depending on which method is more sensible, in these disputes I can act as a traditional litigator or as a “collaborative lawyer”.
In asset management, I act as an agent for foundations both in Austria and abroad. I oversee real estate transactions and advise on company management succession planning and the transfer of assets.
